At Asian Baby we work with our Suppliers to give you quality garments at value for money prices. The photos on our site are for guide purposes only and the actual garment received may vary dependent on the materials available at the time of manufacture. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we will refund or exchange your item.

All Orders must be placed online and your Order will be despatched 24/48 hours from receipt of payment. At the time of placing your Order you will be asked to accept our Terms and Conditions and ticking the box is your confirmation of agreeing to these.
On placing your Order you will receive an Order Confirmation via email and be advised when your Order has been despatched.
All deliveries have to be signed for, so you may wish to give us a different address, other than your home address, such as your place of work or a friend´s address, to help us delivery to your expectations.
In the event of our stock being unavailable for your order you will be advised as soon as possible by email. We will ask if you require a refund or wish to choose another item.
All Our Orders are sent in plain packaging and the only information contained on the parcel (apart from your address) will be our return postal address.
Payment
Our preferred payment method is Paypal but we will accept Postal Orders. We believe Paypal to be one of the most efficient and safest methods of payment for both you, our valued customer, and ourselves.

Returns
In the event of the garment not meeting your expectation please inform us via email within 7 working days of receipt of the item and we will gladly accept the item back for a full refund or exchange but the return will be at your cost.
